Trip in China

It was a long long way to go to China. Here I am, waiting for the flight in the stroller in Korea. I am pretty tired this time because I only slept 1 hour during my first time as a cognizant individual on a 12-hour flight.

One of my cousins was excited to come to visit me in the morning, here she is feeding me a dumpling for breakfast.

Mama took me to one of her classes where she taught elementary school before I was born, all the kids in that class was very curious as to where I was from.

It is pretty cold in China, I am wearing lots of clothes and my favorite shoes, holding grandpa's tea cup (I thought there were little fishes in that cup.) I am watching a Chinese cartoon.

A lot of people came to celebrate my birthday in China; I am enjoying my cake.

Grandma knows my favorite, she got me ice-cream at KFC.

I am eating Chinese noodles in Suzhou.

Mama and I visited an uncle and auntie in Suzhou, we are in a Korean Teppanyaki place. Sausage was the only thing that I liked to eat.

In Uncle and Auntie's house, I like to play this no-head game. Everyone thought that I am funny.

Chinese New Year's Eve, we had dinner together with Mama's cousin's family. I started a new habit of calling Mommy "Mama" instead of Mom from the second day of our trip forward. Mom's cousins came to visit a week or so to celebrate Chinese New Year with us.I had great time playing with the boy in the picture (my second cousin, Jiacheng.) He is my favorite cousin, we had lots of fun playing together, and he took really good care of me.

After dinner on Chinese New Year's Eve, Dad helped me light some fireworks. I got to play with some special "kids-size" fireworks, I Loved it!!! Dad was a little nervous.

I am taking my bubble bath..

.
This is Auntie Dandan's wedding day. She was still wearing big coat because it's so cold in China. One of the traditions in Chinese Wedding culture is for the groom hand out the cigarettes to the guest. Dad was a good sport and accepted it, but as you can see he just put it on the table.

Jet had a lot of adventures in China. Here he is with Mason excited to see a truck load of chickens on the street.

I think the bathtub-hair picture is the best one. Jet looks so grown-up! Crazy kids, with their growing up . . .
